Robin is an endorsed Educational and Developmental psychologist and has been working in independent private practice for since 2008. She has worked in the field for over 30 years in schools, universities and in private mental health services. She holds a Phd and Honours degree in Psychology, and a Diploma of Education and is currently chairperson for the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Educational and Developmental Psychologists. Her contributions to the field of psychology were recognised in 2007 when she was awarded the Order of Australia Medal (OAM).
In her work Robin offers specialist services to children and families in the areas of learning and developmental difficulties. Her time is divided between offering intervention support to children and adolescents experiencing emotional difficulties; liaison with parents, schools and other health professionals to effectively plan for and support children with learning difficulties; and completing diagnostic assessments for a range of learning and developmental difficulties.
